SAP Logistics Consultant for Support (PL)

We are currently looking for a new team members for our polish team!

We are currently looking for new team member, who will support us in our subsidiary in Wrocław. As a SAP Support Consultant, you will work with an extensive SAP landscape involving multiple modules and integrations with non-SAP systems, providing advanced support and troubleshooting for business-critical applications.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP users in various countries (Ticket based)
  • Support, monitoring, and incident resolution within SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
  • Analyzing and resolving incidents across multiple SAP modules and integrated non-SAP systems
  • Performing root cause analysis and proposing sustainable solutions for recurring and high-impact issues
  • Regular data analysis and reporting
  • Designing and implementing customized solutions tailored to the customer’s business and technical requirements
  • Maintaining and developing a long-term customer relationship in the area of application support and continuous improvement

Your profile

  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Logistics modules
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both spoken and written
  • Communicative German (B1 level) for cooperation in an international environment
  • Experience working as a SAP Consultant or SAP Support Consultant
  • Ability and motivation to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologies
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with a focus on high-quality support and service excellence
  • Confident communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Great asset: knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP EWM
