SAP Logistics Consultant for Support (PL)
We are currently looking for a new team member for our polish team!
We are currently looking for new team member, who will support us in our subsidiary in Wrocław. As a SAP Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP applications within our customers organization.
Responsibilities and tasks
- 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP users in various countries (Ticket based)
- Finding solutions for various challenging incidents
- Regular data analysis and reporting
- Creating solutions for clients’ needs
- Maintaining the customer relationship for support topics

Your profile
- Knowledge and experience in SAP Logistics modules
- Fluent in English & Polish, spoken and written
- Communicative German (B2)
- Experience as SAP Consultant or SAP Supporter
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Open mind and focused on excellent customer service
- Confident communication skills and team oriented approach
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Great assets:
· SAP EWM knowledge
