SAP FSM Junior Solution Consultant (Wrocław)

Through our close partnership with SAP, we deliver modern cloud integration solutions for the SAP Field Service Management (FSM) platform. As we continue to develop and enhance this innovative product, we are looking for a motivated Junior Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team.
About the role: as a Junior Solution Consultant, you will join the team responsible for shaping and supporting proaxia’s Proaxia Cloud Connector—an integration bridging SAP S/4HANA or ECC with SAP Field Service Management. This role is ideal for candidates starting their consulting journey.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Assist in analysing customer business processes and documenting requirements.
- Support solution testing activities, including test preparation and execution.
- Contribute to functional documentation and maintain existing materials.
- Participate in feature specification under guidance from senior consultants.
- Learn connector architecture, integration scenarios, and related SAP modules step-by-step.
- Ensure quality by following team processes, checklists, and release routines.
Your profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding or initial experience with SAP solutions (e.g.SD/CS/PM)
- Interest in cloud platforms, integration technologies or enterprise processes.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative and practical solutions.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn from senior colleagues.
- Ability to work independently in assigned tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- A team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
- English at B2 level or higher; German is a plus.
